The following guidance sets out the procedure by which an employee can formally a report concern about their treatment – a grievance – regarding any condition of their employment. The procedure sets out the procedure by which this grievance is heard by the management of the Frontier Risk Solutions Somalia Country Office.

1 Submit a Complaint

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 72 hours.
3 Investigation
Our Compliance Director will conduct a thorough and impartial investigation.
4 Resolution
A detailed response, including actions taken, will be communicated within 10 days.
5 Follow-Up
We will monitor the resolution's effectiveness and maintain an open line for further feedback.
